Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Choose a plan on this page. Once you pay, change or cancel it any time from Settings → Subscription & billing → Manage billing.
Are there usage limits on the AI?
Every plan includes AI usage on smart routing, shown on a meter in your workspace, and it has a limit. Pro and Team reach every model, Claude included. When the included usage runs out, Gridable keeps answering on lighter models and tells you why. AI you bring yourself, such as a Claude account, an API key or your own harness, runs on your plan outside that allowance.
Can I try Pro before I pay?
Start on Builder. It needs no card, and it is how you try Gridable before you pay. Upgrade when you are ready.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. Team is one flat price for the whole workspace, never per seat. For larger organizations, contact us about custom terms.
